SWAN’s work is led by the SWAN Coordinator who works with a small staff team and the wider SWAN membership to deliver SWAN’s work in the areas of  policy and advocacy; member support and coordination; communications and awareness raising; governance and administration.

SWAN’s work is guided by SWAN’s Board of Directors which includes representatives from SWAN member organisations.
